FOUNDER & CEO

Mr. Richard (Ricky) Sitomer is the CEO and Founder of STAR JETS INTERNATIONAL and has been in private aviation for 20 years.   Ricky is one of the two founders of Blue Star Jets.  In 2001, Blue Star became the Private-Aviation Industry Leader in this new market segment. He is an expert in all aspects of private aviation.

As Chief Executive Officer, he is focused on marketing partnerships, branding, sales initiatives and strategic takeovers for growth opportunities within the Private Charters and Private Aviation industry.  Mr. Sitomer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia, with a major in Finance, earned in 1990. Ricky is a sports enthusiast who enjoys working out, playing tennis, golf, and skiing and spending time with his wife and 3 children (pictured here) in New York City and in the Hamptons. He is an avid traveller and a private jet enthusiast.
